Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Legends of the Gulf T20 ("LOG-T20") website at www.logt20.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinix Holding Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the exclusive rights holder for the LOG-T20 league, operating under sanction from the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation ("SACF").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit any forms, including player registration, sponsorship inquiries, or franchise ownership expressions of interest. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC member states.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
  • Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or destructive code.
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The LOG-T20 name, logo, team names (Riyadh Falcons, Abu Dhabi Oryx, Doha Pearlers, Kuwait Dhows, Muscat Leopards), and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

5. Player Registration

Submission of a player registration form does not guarantee selection, inclusion in any draft, or participation in the LOG-T20 league. All player registrations are subject to review, verification, and approval by the Company and the SACF. The Company reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

6. Sponsorship and Franchise Inquiries

Expressions of interest for sponsorship or franchise ownership submitted through the Site are preliminary inquiries only and do not constitute binding offers, contracts, or commitments. All sponsorship and franchise arrangements are subject to separate formal agreements, due diligence, and approval processes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
